Trent D. Martin is an associate attorney at de Beer & Associates, P.A., focusing his practice exclusively on family law. Trent assists his clients with resolution and settlement of marital and non-marital property division, custody and parenting time, spousal maintenance, and child support issues. Trent's primary goal is to assist his clients through this difficult period in their lives in a cost-efficient manner. Trent implements a client-centered approach that offers practical solutions and compassionate advice while advocating for a client's best interests. Trent was named a Rising Star attorney by Super Lawyers Magazine in 2014 and 2015.

Prior to joining de Beer & Associates, Trent spent two years as a law clerk for the Honorable Jeannice M. Reding, Presiding Judge of Hennepin County Family Court. Due to Trent's experience clerking in Family Court, he brings first-hand perspectives of courtroom procedures and effective litigation strategies to each client he represents.

Trent graduated magna cum laude from the University of St. Thomas School of Law where he participated in Moot Court and volunteered with the Minnesota Coalition for Battered Women. Prior to law school, Trent was selected as a 2004 Teach For America Corps member and served three years as an elementary school teacher in an urban school district in Phoenix, Arizona.
