Prior to joining de Beer & Associates, Trent spent two years as a law clerk for the Honorable Jeannice M. Reding, Presiding Judge of Hennepin County Family Court. Due to Trent's experience clerking in Family Court, he brings first-hand perspectives of courtroom procedures and effective litigation strategies to each client he represents.
Trent graduated magna cum laude from the University of St. Thomas School of Law where he participated in Moot Court and volunteered with the Minnesota Coalition for Battered Women. Prior to law school, Trent was selected as a 2004 Teach For America Corps member and served three years as an elementary school teacher in an urban school district in Phoenix, Arizona.
