Alyssha graduated from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 2015. She is admitted to practice in Illinois, Minnesota, the Federal District Court for the State of Minnesota, and the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals. She is particularly passionate about protecting the rights of children and shielding them from conflict as much as possible. In furtherance of that goal, is a Rule 114 Qualified Neutral in the fields of parenting consulting, social early neutral evaluation, and facilitative mediation. Alyssha maintains a private practice offering these alternate dispute resolution services, as well as parenting plan evaluations and parent coaching services, outside of her work with de Beer & Associates.
