Molly Davy is an associate with de Beer & Associates, P.A. practicing exclusively in the area of family law. Her practice includes marital dissolution, custody and parenting time, paternity, child support, spousal maintenance, complex property valuation and division, and post-decree matters. Molly has experience representing clients in all procedural aspects of family law including, but not limited to, mediation, Early Neutral Evaluation, and various courtroom appearances such as motion hearings, evidentiary hearings, and Initial Case Management Conferences.

Molly’s ultimate goal is to provide support and guidance while instilling confidence in her clients during one of the most difficult times in their lives. Molly prides herself in providing professional, respectful, and collaborative representation as well as assertive, litigious representation when warranted.

Molly graduated from the University of Minnesota Law School where she learned practical skills in the Family Law Clinic as both a student attorney and student director. Molly received her undergraduate degree in Sociology of Law, Criminology, and Deviance from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities. She is a volunteer attorney with Tubman providing free legal advice through the Self-Represented Legal Clinic and free representation through the Safety Project.
